The tour leaders were exceptional, knowledgeable and helpful, and the group was compatible. The area was completely new to me and exciting to participate in. The scenery and sites were amazing. There's nothing I didn't like, but I did prefer pedestal toilets to squats.

All our trips include full accommodations, all to almost-all meals, all group transportation from trip start to end, professional leaders and guides and - well... most everything! We do not include alcoholic drinks above the single one often included with dinner; tips/gratuities to your leaders, porters and guides; communications to your home country/base; computer access; personal gift purchases and the like. Any photo gear you require must be brought by you, the traveler.
Lalibela, Ethiopia
Lalibela is famous for its rock-cut monolithic churches (built from the 7th to 13th centuries) with a medieval and post-medieval civilization. Ethiopia, in the first half of the 4th century, was one of the earliest nations to adopt Christianity and the city became a center of pilgrimage. With historical roots embedded in the time of the Apostles, Lalibela is second only to Axum as a holy city.
Okavango Delta
Jon us for this journey of a lifetime! We travel by SUV from Capetown west and northward though the length of Namibia to Etosha National Park. We then backtrack to the capital city, Windhoek, and head east, crossing over into Botswana to the famed Okavango Delta and Chobe National Park. Stay with us as we then head to nearby Victoria Falls for a few days or travel south and depart via Johannesburg.
